We want you to love your hammock. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
